Since founding the Law Office of Sean F. Heneghan in 2003, I have focused my practice on counseling clients in matters of trademark and Internet law.

I started my legal career as a litigation paralegal in the intellectual property practice at Fish & Richardson, P.C. After five years I left to attend law school.

I received my law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1996 and then rejoined Fish & Richardson, P.C. for another seven years,primarily in the trademark prosecution and enforcement practice.
